Bell Textron has announced purchase agreements for three Bell 429 helicopters in corporate configuration. The aircraft will be delivered to VIP operators in the United Kingdom and Estonia.
The orders were revealed during AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 in Germany. The new agreements reflect growing European interest in helicopters designed for business and VIP transport.
Comfort and performance for corporate travel
Bell highlights the 429’s combination of performance, comfort and premium equipment. This balance is intended to meet the expectations of corporate customers who value both operational capability and a refined passenger experience.
In March 2026, the manufacturer also introduced new luxury interior options for the model. The latest additions to the Designer Series were developed in part in response to customer feedback.
More than 500 helicopters and 735,000 flight hours
According to the manufacturer, more than 500 Bell 429 helicopters are now operating worldwide. The global fleet has accumulated more than 735,000 flight hours.
The Bell 429 offers a spacious, flat-floor cabin with seating for up to seven people. It also features an integrated avionics suite and the capability to conduct flights under instrument flight rules.
Bell 429 strengthens its position in Europe’s VIP market
The latest orders reinforce the Bell 429’s presence in the European VIP and corporate transport segment. Its combination of a spacious cabin for the light-twin category, passenger comfort and operational flexibility remains a central part of the model’s appeal.
